Shandong Yuquan Glass Packaging Co., Ltd. was founded in July 2001 and is a sister enterprise of Shandong Yuquan Food Co., Ltd. It specializes in the design and manufacturing of glass packaging products and has the qualification for independent import and export operation. The company is committed to supporting and serving local canning enterprises, mainly producing various specifications and models of high temperature resistant jars, beverage bottles, wine bottles, Pickled vegetables bottles and other glassware, and providing high-quality glass packaging products for canning and beverage manufacturers. 70% of its products are sold to nearby canning enterprises, and 30% are exported to the United States, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. The company covers an area of over 100000 square meters, with a building area of over 60000 square meters. It has more than 460 employees, including 86 professional and technical personnel. It currently has 3 high-efficiency and energy-saving glass kilns, 9 fully automatic production lines, and an annual output of 100000 tons of glass products, with an output value of 400 million yuan.
In 2018, the company actively responded to the call for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong Province and demonstrated the construction of the No.1 kiln technological renovation project at the end of January. The project plans to invest 120 million yuan and is listed as a key project for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Linyi City. The project started construction on March 8th and officially began trial production on July 17th. It only took four months from the start of construction to production, creating a "jade spring speed" in glass kiln construction.
This technological renovation project aims to achieve the goal of "thin-walled, lightweight, and high-speed" products, with a high starting point positioning and high standard construction. It has introduced the most advanced production technology and core equipment in China, achieving energy conservation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement. At the same time, the technological renovation project adheres to the concept of "environmental protection first" and installs advanced desulfurization, denitrification, and dust reduction equipment in China, all of which achieve standard discharge of pollutants. The launch and operation of the new project has greatly improved the company's production automation level, achieved energy conservation, high efficiency, and environmental protection, and greatly promoted the rapid economic development of our county.
