Established Linyi Yuquan Food Canning Factory.

July 2001

Established Linyi Yuquan Food Co., Ltd. (later renamed Shandong Yuquan Food Co., Ltd.), and in the same year established Pingyi County Yuquan Glass Products Co., Ltd.

September 2006

Established Shandong Mengshui Food and Beverage Co., Ltd. The new sewage treatment station of Yuquan Food Company was put into operation.

May 2008

Pingyi County Yuquan Glass Products Co., Ltd. has been renamed Shandong Yuquan Glass Packaging Co., Ltd.

2009

Yuquan Food Company has been listed as a "National Agricultural Comprehensive Development Industrialization Operation Project Supported Enterprise."

2010

Yuquan Food Company has been recognized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and seven other ministries as a "Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization in Shandong Province." Its brands "Mengshui" and "Kuishi" have been awarded the title of "Famous Trademark of Shandong."

2012

"Mengshui" was awarded the title of "China Well-known Trademark" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. A new 6,000-ton fruit cold storage warehouse was completed and put into use. Shandong Yuquan Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative was established.

2013

In April, Pingyi County Hongyuan Private Capital Management Co., Ltd. was established; in May, Shandong Huameng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. was established; in October, Beijing Mengshui Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established.

January 2014

Yuquan Food Company was recognized as a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise by the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

2015

In March, Linyi Yuquan Color Printing and Packaging Co., Ltd. was established and awarded as one of the "Top 100 Enterprises in China's Light Industry." In November, it suffered an unprecedented heavy snow disaster in a century, which collapsed most of the workshops of Yuquan Food Company. All employees united and worked together to overcome the disaster. The project to further improve the daily treatment of 4,000 tons of industrial wastewater was implemented. The Shandong Yuquan Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative transferred 1,000 acres of land and established a high-quality fruit planting and seedling breeding base.

November 2016

Yuquan Food Company was rated as one of the "Top Ten Canned Food Enterprises in China."

July 2017

Yuqian Food Company's new factory covering 20,000 square meters has been completed and put into operation, with all production equipment updated and production capacity further expanded. In October, it was recognized as the "Shandong Province Recognized Enterprise Technology Center."

March 2018

Established Shandong Mengshui Group, forming a complete industrial chain including fruit planting, processing, glass packaging products, color printing packaging, and e-commerce. Yuquan Food Company was rated as a "Chinese Canned Food Enterprise." The aquatic product canning workshop was completed and put into use, and products were launched into the market.

Year 2019

Shandong Mengshui Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established, and the high-quality fruit planting and seedling breeding base is operated by this company.

May 2019

Yuquan Food Company was recognized as a canned food brand in China for 40 years of reform and opening up. It was also awarded as Linyi City's "One Enterprise One Technology" R&D Center, a Shandong Quality Brand, and a Demonstration Consortium for Agricultural Industrialization in Shandong Province. Yuquan Glass Company implemented technological upgrades, commissioned the new No. 1 workshop, and ignited and operated a newly built 99-square-meter kiln.

Year 2020

Yuquan Food Company was recognized as a "Four One Hundred" model enterprise in Linyi City and was awarded the "National Commercial Quality Award" by the China General Chamber of Commerce. Shandong Yuquan Glass Packaging Co., Ltd. was certified as a "High-Tech Enterprise." The energy-saving renovation project of Kiln No. 2 was completed, enabling the company to achieve an annual production of 100,000 tons of glass packaging products.

July 2021

Yuquan Food Company was rated as one of the Top 200 Enterprises in China's Light Industry and one of the Top 50 Enterprises in China's Light Industry Food Sector. In August, a new 6,000-square-meter canned food packaging workshop and an automated packaging production line were completed and put into operation. Shandong Yuquan Glass Packaging Co., Ltd. was recognized as a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" small and medium-sized enterprise in Shandong Province.
