　　The canned and juice products produced do not contain preservatives and maintain the original taste and nutritional content of the fruits. The main research and production focus on ten major series and over 100 varieties of fruit canned goods and juice beverages, primarily using yellow peaches, hawthorns, strawberries, tangerines, pears, and pineapples as raw materials.

　　Canned foods are produced strictly according to their processing technology, without the need to add preservatives, yet can achieve a relatively long shelf life, mainly relying on the following three key points.

　　1. Low oxygen content. By heating to expel air, vacuuming, or filling with a mixed gas of nitrogen and carbon dioxide, the oxygen content in the food and container is greatly reduced, putting potential microbial growth inside the container into a dormant state.

　　2. Tight sealing. Blocking the pathway for external air (oxygen) or microorganisms from entering the container.

　　3. Thermal sterilization. Killing potential microorganisms inside the container through heat treatment, physical action, or chemical action. Usually, fruit canned goods are acidic, so low-temperature sterilization (below 100°C) is used; vegetables, livestock, poultry, and aquatic animal canned goods are low-acid foods, so high-temperature sterilization (above 100°C) is used.
